My Sister's Keeper is a very big hit and appreciated by many. There's also a book based on it which hadn't been much popular till it's movie came out! This book is written by Jodi Picault who is also the director of the movie.
This movie is based on a teenage girl who suffers from cancer and one of her kidneys stops functioning. Hence, she undergoes many surgeries since childhood which will make the audience very sad. Kate, her elder sister who loves Anna more than anyone could, but still disagrees to donate her kidney to her. This action of Kate portrays her selfishness to the viewers. No one knows what Kate's intentions were and why she denied...this remains to be a suspense!
This movie is written in such a manner that it captivates the attention of the viewers. As the title itself is very eye-catching for the people, they would love to watch it. But I wouldn't recommend people who don't have a very strong heart to watch this movie as the story would leave them sad and emotional.
